Dark Mother Wood is a small group of sound, visual and performance artists based in Devon England, with an active interest in place, mythology, history and the occult.

Focusing upon areas on Dartmoor, Dark Mother Wood uses processes of documentation and archive, to explore dialogues between location, site, history and myth. It is a collaborative project, producing work in different areas of media.
